Spring Community Cleanse

Cleanse Dates: Wednesday, April 17th - Wednesday, April 24th
Cost: $175
Registration deadline: Monday, 4/8 (supply kits are made fresh in advance of the meeting and will be shipped throughout the US on Tuesday 4/9). Late orders cannot be guaranteed out on time and kits may sell out before 4/8.
Pre-detox meeting (for registered students): Sunday 4/14, 4:30-6 PM. Meeting will be live streamed via Zoom and open to participants nationwide.
Midweek yoga class and check in: Saturday, 4/20, 6:45-8:00 PM (live streamed and in-person at Lucent Yoga)
Spring is called the “king of seasons” in Ayurveda and considered an ideal time for cleansing. As the seeds planted in the fall begin to sprout new life, we have the opportunity to feed the same energy within ourselves. Take a week to lighten the load - in terms of your work and social engagements, the food you cook yourself, and the tasks you ask yourself to balance. Go within and take stock of what feels heavy and sludgy from the long winter and intentionally create a channel through which it can be released.
The package includes a 1.5-2 hour informational session and Q&A, a 75-90 minute yoga class for the cleanse group with a Q&A midweek, daily emails with tips and inspiration, daily email support with answers to questions that come up, and a13 piece kit, which includes handmade body oil, a natural bristle body brush, artisanal tea for the season, a tea ball, local honey, a copper tongue cleaner, 7 supplements and spices, and a 90 page color manual with recipes.
