Spring Community Cleanse

Spring is called the “King of Seasons” in Ayurveda and considered a prime time for cleansing. As new life begins to sprout in the world around us, take the time to invite the same within you. Clear out what holds you down - physically, emotionally, and mentally - and reset for a bright season ahead.

Registration deadline: Monday, 3/16, 10 am (supply kits are made fresh in advance of the meeting and will be shipped throughout the US on Tuesday and Wednesday. Late orders cannot be guaranteed out on time.

Pre-detox meeting (for registered students): Sunday 3/22, 4:30-6:00 PM. Meeting will be live streamed via Zoom and open to participants nationwide.

Midweek yoga class and check in: Saturday, 3/28, 6:45-8:00 PM (in-person at Lucent Yoga for those able to make it)

The package includes a 1.5 hour informational session and Q&A, a 75 minute yoga class, daily emails with tips and inspiration, daily email support with answers to questions that come up, and a13 piece kit, which includes handmade body oil, a natural bristle body brush, artisanal tea for the season, a tea ball, local honey, a copper tongue cleaner, 7 supplements and spices, and a 90 page color manual with recipes.

This spring, we are also offering a complimentary 8 class pass to Lucent Yoga! Locals may take class each day of the program. On Demand videos recorded for each day of the cleanse are also included for all.

To sign up, click the link below to purchase your kit from our shop. We will be recommending different options for the liquid fast portion of the cleanse including juicing your own, shopping locally, or ordering from an online producer. Total for 3 days of juice will be around $100.
