The cold and wet Kapha season ushers in the new year with the momentum of renewed intentions and a clear slate. The dense and heavy qualities of the dominant elements of winter tend to bring grounding to a cleanse week, which focuses on light, warm, mildly spicy foods to heat and shake up the damp stagnation in the body.

Learn how to apply the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, a sister science to yoga, to restore balance and good health. We'll take 8 days to retreat inward, observe the interior landscape and clear out what strips our radiance. This is largely a whole foods cleanse that eliminates processed food, dairy, meat, refined sugar and alcohol. We'll also move through a 3 day juice/smoothie/almond milk semi fast over the weekend.
